Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times to Australia are:

- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 7-12 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, remote area delivery, or high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons).
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any such offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch, as this depends on the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by Australian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with Australian Border Force or your local customs office for applicable thresholds (currently items under AUD $1,000 are generally not subject to duties, but GST may still apply).
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
