Refund & Return Policy

Our Policy Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Return Shipping Costs
Because our products ship internationally, we generally do not require you to ship items back to us for a refund on defective/damaged items — we'll typically resolve this with a replacement or refund based on photo evidence instead. If a return shipment is required in other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return policy will apply on delivery.
